Les imatges de la tradició catalana del "correfoc", on la gent és perseguida pel foc de bandes de "diables", aquí es transformen en un bombardeig de llum i color a la ciutat.

M'imagino els que fan foc amic i els que corren quan arriba el foc enemic durant el bombardeig de qualsevol ciutat, des de qualsevol lloc, en qualsevol moment...
El muntatge caòtic converteix les representacions en l'energia d'una "pistola audiovisual" amb l'objectiu de "l'assassinat temporal de la consciència normativa de l'espectador" en un petit homenatge a Richard Sharits.
Dedicat a Beldina, una noia que vaig conèixer a Sarajevo després de la guerra i a tota la gent que em va parlar de l'horror de les nits esperant que el foc enemic il·luminés la ciutat.
Aquesta peça és anterior al bombardeig de Gaza, però també està dedicada a ells.
De "corre foc amic" a "corre! El foc enemic està arribant"

Projecte d'itervenció

The images of the Catalan tradition of "correfoc" (fire-runs), where people are chased by fire from gangs of "devils", here are transformed into a bombardment of light and color in the city.
The chaotic montage turns the representations into the energy of an "audiovisual gun" with the aim of "the temporary assassination of the viewer's normative consciousness" a small tribute to Richard Sharits.
I imagine those who run friendly fire and those who run when enemy fire comes during the bombing of any city, from anywhere, at any time...
Dedicated to Beldina, a girl I met in Sarajevo after the war and to all the people who told me about the horror of the nights waiting for enemy fire to illuminate the city.
This piece predates the bombing of Gaza but is also dedicated to them.
From "run friendly fire" to "run! Enemy fire is coming".

I transform the images of this friendly fire into a bombardment of light and color that could well be any enemy fire in any friendly city.
